Find your house square footage
- First check a property listing, appraisal/property record, or closing paperwork for the home’s total square footage.
- If you can’t find it, open Google Earth and measure the home footprint as a rough fallback.
- For a 2-story home, footprint × 2 is a rough estimate; use your known finished square footage whenever possible.
Measure driveway square footage
- Open Google Earth and search your address.
- Choose the Measure tool and outline the driveway/concrete area.
- Use the area result in square feet. Add separate pads or sidewalks if you want them cleaned too.
Estimate gutter linear feet
- Open Google Earth and view the roof from directly above.
- Measure each roof edge that has a gutter.
- Add those lengths together. You do not need to include roof edges without gutters.
Measure deck square footage
- For a rectangle, multiply length × width.
- For an irregular deck, split it into rectangles and add them together.
- You can also outline the deck with Google Earth’s Measure tool when visible.
Measure fence linear feet
- Open Google Earth and locate the fence line.
- Use the Measure tool to trace each section you want cleaned.
- Add the section lengths together and enter the total linear feet.

If something within the confirmed cleaning scope doesn’t look right after service, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll inspect the concern and, when it’s a correctable service issue, return to make a reasonable correction at no additional labor charge.
